Listen to the peaceful murmur of the water, swim energising laps in the indoor pool, or soak up the view of South Tyrol from the infinity pool. And for little water lovers, we have a special "Little Lagoon".

You step out of the hotel and pause. Let the moment sink in.

In front of you, palm trees, Mediterranean greenery, and a majestic mountain range reflecting in the blue of the infinity pool. At 25 metres in length, it seems endless. Nestled within our garden oasis, it is heated all year round to a comfortable 30 °C and features soothing whirl jets, relaxation loungers directly by the pool, and a lawn with additional sunbeds ensuring plenty of privacy.

If there’s an outdoor pool, there must also be an indoor pool, right?

That is why our hotel here near Merano also has an indoor pool, heated to a cosy 30 °C all year round, in addition to the infinity pool. As you enjoy the warm water, your gaze wanders over the palms, trees and shrubs in our garden thanks to the large window front. Surrounding you are inviting relaxation loungers, a whirlpool, and a vitality bar - offering even more wellness for the soul.

Children’s pool “Little Lagoon”

Water fun for the little ones: At Hotel Johannis, children have their own pool area (40 cm depth) with cosy family nests. Colourful yet tranquil, the “Little Lagoon” is the perfect place for little ones.
