On your stroll through our garden oasis, you may have already noticed it: the Sauna Cube. Our Finnish event sauna reaches a cosy 90 °C, with a variety of aromatic infusions. For cooling off after your sauna session, the experience showers and the plunge pool in the garden offer a refreshing contrast.
A lower temperature (max. 60 °C), higher humidity and the soothing aroma of natural herbal essences fulfil it: the herbal sauna in our wellness area. The combination of heat and essential oils promotes regeneration and revitalises your senses. Ideal for a gentle energy boost after a cycling tour through the Merano region.
If you prefer a gentler sauna without herbal aromas, our bio sauna or infrared cabin (both in the Family Spa) are perfect choices.
The steam bath, with its pleasantly humid heat of max. 55 °C, wraps around your skin like a soft embrace. The warm mist opens the airways and pores, relaxing your muscles bit by bit. With the infusion of essential oils or herbs, your senses are further revitalised.
